ERGT Trainers
ERGT considers the high quality of our training staff to be the singularly most important feature of our service. We recognise that even a well-designed course conducted in state-of-the-art facilities requires a qualified and talented trainer to achieve training objectives.
Our trainers use the three cornerstones of safety, quality and respect when it comes to working with trainees alongside a willingness to take on board new ideas in the pursuit of risk control.
ERGT trainers are chosen for their experience, knowledge and skills in their field of expertise. However there a number of other attributes upon which we place even greater importance. ERGT understands that effective courses are delivered by effective trainers and that means well-developed instructional skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a highly professional attitude are essential attributes for our trainers.
All of our trainers have been certified or are working towards certification, to deliver and assess training under the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment . This Certificate IV is the current industry requirement for anyone responsible for competency-based training program design, development, delivery and assessment in the national Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
