COURSE OBJECTIVE
The course covers emergency command training and allows course trainees to experience a number of simulated exercise scenarios to attain the relevant competency standard, PMAOHS511A.

COMPETENCY
All trainees will be assessed on performance and understanding and will receive a formal assessment against the PMAOHS511A competency unit. On successful completion of the course, trainees will receive a Statement of Attainment in PMAOHS511A Manage Emergency Incidents.

METHOD OF TRAINING
3 to 4 days for theory and practical simulator sessions and practice sessions in order for assessment to be conducted on Emergency Commanders’ or Emergency Commanders’ preparedness to achieve the PMA standard.
