ERGT's Gippsland team is looking for a Trainer and Assessor with knowledge of training, HSE and preferably oil and gas and high risk environment to join the team. The successful candidate will have a engaging training style and be able to provide our trainees an engaging and relevant training experience where they really learn. ERGT has the facility, the programs and the support; we just need your skills, experience and energy to make it happen.

If this sounds like you and you have a current Cert IV TAE 40110 / 40116 with experience/qualifications in any of the following:

  • Apply First Aid
  • ePTW
  •  Isolation Fundamentals
  • Process Operations
  • Ventilation Officer
  • WSAH, ECS, GTA, JHA, PTW

Customer Service Administrator

ERGT is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who can enjoys a job with a level of leadership responsibilities and being the go-to person for the team.  This position will be reporting to the National Sales and Service Manager who is passionate about creating a successful and engaged workforce.

Within this role we require consistent and responsive customer service experience for our clients. This role and responsibilities will entail, but will not be limited to:

  • Respond to general and escalated queries from customers, clients and team members;
  • Lead by example in areas of professionalism, conduct, punctuality, and;
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Successful applicants will have data entry and RTO experience, have worked in a customer service role and have high attention to detail.

ERGT is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who can enjoys a job with a level of leadership responsibilities and being the go-to person for the team.  This position will be reporting to the National Sales and Service Manager who is passionate about creating a successful and engaged workforce.

Within this role we require consistent and responsive customer service experience for our clients. This role and responsibilities will entail, but will not be limited to:

  • Maintaining compliance and maximising occupancy on ERGT courses;
  • Being an active member of the Sales and Service team, providing support across all roles, and;
  • Managing and coordinating client enrolment requests in an accurate and informed manner.
Successful applicants will have a high attention to detail, demonstrate strong customer service focus and be able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
