Boat Transfer (BT)

If you are travelling offshore by boat there are some industry specific procedures and systems that may be required for safe movement between the boat and facility. Knowing how to board and ride a FROG or BILLY-PUGH in adverse weather, for example, is not something you may wish to undertake without prior knowledge. Swinging from a boat to a platform on a ‘Swing-Rope’ is perhaps something you may wish to have practiced first too. The Boat Transfer course will explain these operations and other additional information.
