There are no prior skills and knowledge required for this course.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
This course is aimed at workers that are in full time or part time employment and have completed a vocational qualification. The trainee should be familiar with workplace hazards and related hazard controls.
MEDICAL & HEALTH STANDARDS
A medical certificate is not required for this course; however a health questionnaire and declaration of fitness will be required at course registration.

This course is delivered through classroom presentations, activities and participant discussion as well as practical components within a simulated workplace environment using specialised equipment. Trainees will demonstrate their competence through direct observation of practical exercises and verbal and written assessment.
