Generally the person would be an on scene controller, manager or technical specialist and be part of an incident response team during the incident. They may have an ongoing role for managing incident information and/or the incident information system.
To prepare participants for successful completion of assessment activities the following content is delivered:

PMAOMIR346 Assess and secure incident scene
None REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE To ensure the safety of all trainees, ERGT require evidence of the following skills & knowledge in order to undertake this training.
Fire Team Member Offshore (FTMO)
Emergency Response Team Leader (ERTL)
All training and/or evidence must be proven within the last 4 years.
Trainees learning outcomes will be assessed using direct observation, oral and/or written assessment, and practical exercises simulating incident response scenarios.
On successful completion of this course trainees will be issued with a Statement of Attainment in:
